As a Contract Recruiter with our organization, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for a range of industries and job functions, and a track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill roles.

To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to prioritize your workload. Additionally, you should have a good understanding of the latest recruitment technologies and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Developing recruitment strategies and executing them effectively
• Building relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth
• Utilizing recruitment tools and techniques to find top talent
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires

• Proven experience as a contract recruiter with full desk responsibilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies and techniques
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with a range of industries and job functions

Compensation

The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This hourly range is 30.00-40.00/hr.
