Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated Content & Social Media Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and loves the challenge of discovering what makes consumers “tick”.

To succeed as a Content & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating tone, voice, posting schedules, captions, and reporting for multiple brands that we support. You will work directly with clients and the Inspira team. You will be the driving force behind all communication from scheduling of assets to reporting delivery.

Job Description

  • Provide strong creative communication on every project assigned
  • Projects will include the following elements: scheduling posts on multiple social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Pinterest, etc.), community management, copywriting, analytics reporting, and client communication
  • Identify unique and shareable content that represents the brand ethos behind each of our clients
  • Lead through example and set the tone for our client’s brand
  • Support Inspira team and clients with campaign strategy development, including involvement in client meetings
  • Work collaboratively with client marketing departments to produce creative campaign ideas & opportunities
  • Keep abreast of industry trends that may impact a client’s business or digital marketing campaign
  • Push the boundaries of traditional and standard social media practices. Working in fast-moving industries, we want trendsetters on board

Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years previous social media marketing experience (must be familiar with major social networks: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikToc, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills- follow up and follow through with clients, partners and our team is a must
  • Exceptionally organized - you will be responsible for all creative and production calendars
  • Excellent time management and ability to execute ideas from initial concepts through completion
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Must feel comfortable speaking with clients and partners
  • Creative copy writing skills, great grammar and ability to learn and deliver tone
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics reporting
  • Agency experience is preferred
  • Understanding of and strong interest in digital marketing concepts and trends

Additional Information


The base compensation range for this job classification is between $65,000.00 and $75,000.00 The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
