DG Fenn is a commercial general contractor that's been around since 1988 servicing the greater Southwest region. We are growing right now, and we are looking for an experienced, autonomous, self-starter to join our team as a Construction Superintendent.

What You Will Be Doing
You will be overseeing our on-site, ground-up construction teams - from start to finish - for retail projects in and around the Phoenix area. This is a fast-paced, smaller scale position, and your projects will mostly consist of retail chain stores, including convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, coffee shops, automotive service stores, offices, industrial buildings, and more. You will be managing subcontractors, as well as scheduling.
What You Need for this Position
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, more specifically:
- Ground-Up construction
- Reading contract drawings, specifications and addenda
- Retail
- Restaurant
- Gas Stations
- Industrial buildings
- Office buildings
- 30 hour OSHA training
