Required Qualifications:

• High school degree or equivalent
• College is preferred but required
• Minimum 2 years of scheduling/coordinating experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliability to commute to Shakopee every day
• Positive attitude and adaptable to change

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with city inspectors to call in inspections
• Work directly with construction field leads to determine schedule and team allocations
• Communicate with our customer’s job supervisors to determine accuracy of schedule
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to relevant parties
• Update internal system with accurate completion dates
