As a Confirmation Agent, you will be focused primarily on managing an accurate, up-to-date scheduling board along with verifying in-home appointments with an Outside Renewal by Andersen representative by making outbound and inbound calls. You will be required to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, always.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Meeting or exceeding issue and demo rates with company standards
• Acts as dispatch for outside sales representatives
• Setting an example for effort, ethics, team play and decorum
• Enter or update data into the system accurately and efficiently
• Call and set up outbound leads by following up on cancelled or incomplete customer interactions Job

Requirements Knowledge / Skills

Experience / Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous call center experience/sales experience

Schedule:

• Sunday - Thursday or Saturday - Wednesday
