We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our team as a Crew Leader. The successful candidate will have experience working outdoors and have a history of motivating and engaging employees. This position will be responsible for managing staff and making sure the work is completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Use good judgment and be able to explain decisions to the rest of the crew.
• Plan and assign work so that jobs are completed in a timely manner.
• Schedule work so that it is completed in a timely manner.
• Ensure that crew members have the necessary tools, equipment and supplies to complete their assigned tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workplace and keep an eye out for safety issues.
• Make sure that customers are satisfied with their project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

• Rosemount, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
