Description:

We are currently seeking highly motivated skilled laborers and general laborers for a growing concrete business based in York, PA. Work is primarily in Central PA and surrounding areas.

Essential Job Functions:

• Carrying material to and from designated areas on the jobsite as necessary
• Raking and Shoveling
• Using wheelbarrow to move debris and material to designated areas on the jobsite
• Placement of Rebar, Plastic, Wire Mesh, Dowel Baskets and other material required for the project
• Jobsite cleanup at the end of the day and completion of the project
• Clean up concrete tools when pour is completed
• Performs all other duties as assigned by foreman or project manager
• Assists in other laborer tasks as necessary
• Follows OSHA rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. consistently and repetitively
• Must have experience in the use of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, wheelbarrows, etc.
• Must be reliable and have the ability to work overtime as required
• Must be able to work hours requested by the General Superintendent
• Must have the tools required by the trade and needed to perform scheduled tasks

(Tools needed: Hammer, Tape Measure, Pry Bar, tool belt, etc.)

Pay:

• 18-25/hr depending on construction experience
