In this role you will:

• Cold-call on local businesses and enlighten them on our convenient occupational healthcare services in order to build our patient volume.
• Report to leading Physician/Director.
• Get valuable experience that can position you higher up within the company or set you up for your next big role.

At Telehealth Urgent care your days will always vary, but here’s what they may bring:

• Building rapport in your community with professionals who are new to Telehealth Urgent Care, know Telehealth Urgent Care well, or have a relationship that needs refreshing.
• Making your way from your home or office to in-person meetings with professionals such as business managers, in the surrounding communities. (Local travel is required this is not a boring desk job!)
• Communicating face-to-face via live and virtual channels with your community network of professionals

Summary:

• The primary role of the Community Outreach Specialist is to support the leading physician in promoting Telehealth + Urgent Care Healthcare Services to directly generate new leads and drive new patient growth. The Outreach Specialist’s main priority is to support business development. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to grassroots community outreach, and brand representation at public events.Help hone our social media strategy, build out our presence on video-led channels, and grow our audience across all the usual suspects (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Flexible Schedule: 30 hours per week, shifts available Monday through Friday and on weekends.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience and success in outreach to communities.
• Community mobilization and/or volunteer recruitment and management experience preferred.
• Strong public speaking experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
• Ability to represent company at specified campaigns/initiatives as assigned by management.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service to customers while upholding and demonstrating company values.

Travel: This position may require local travel to local areas to represent the company at relevant community events. Reliable transportation is a requirement.

Pay: $20 per hour
