We are currently seeking to fill 2 full-time positions for Community Outreach Coordinators (Intake Specialist and Support Coordinator). The roles will assist in eliminating the obstacles and barriers for clients in Rivera Beach, which prevent follow through of health services. To support client goals, those positions will conduct intakes (screenings and assessments) with clients, leading to referrals and linkages within local systems of care. In addition, they will coordinate access and remove barriers to service for families who may have difficulty accessing support/services without assistance and provide guidance to facilitate a family’s ability to adequately understand and find their way through the Social determinants of health (SDOH). The Intake Specialist will manage an array of administrative duties such as managing the office supplies, answering phones, receiving visitors, overseeing sign-in process, and more.
Qualified candidates must have:
- High school Diploma Required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in related field; may exchange years of education for years of experience.
- Flexible in work hours may include some evenings and some Saturdays.
- Bi-lingual preferred, as needed for the community.

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $42 000 - $46 000
- FT positions come with great benefits such as paid vacation, personal & sick time, and paid holidays (including a week off from Christmas to New Year)!
