At First Group Insurance, as an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining client relationships and ensuring clients’ needs are met. Primary point of contact for clients and work closely with sales team to ensure policies are sold and renewed in a timely manner. You will also be part of the claims process, processing claims and ensuring clients receive appropriate compensation in the event of a loss. Investigate claims, gather documentation, and work with insurance companies to ensure claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, a current P&C license, a strong understanding of various types of insurance products, and excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, as you'll be responsible for managing a large volume of clients and policies.
