* Position located in West Burlington, IA
* 7 years minimum Project Management Commercial Building Construction experience with projects over $5 mil
* Computer Skills
* Estimating Experience
* Microsoft Office Experience
* Scheduling Software Experience
* Strong Communication/Problem Solving Skills
* Safety/OSHA Awareness
* Past Superintendent Skills
* Organizational Skills: Time management, success of completed projects on time
* Project Documentation: includes daily logs/weekly reports, project scheduling/maintaining, photographs
* Mandatory Valid Driver's License Required
