Responsibilities

• Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor: bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, undressing, toileting activities, taking and recording vital signs, and assisting with height and weight measurements, if necessary.
• Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, including but not limited to feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, providing transportation to doctor appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Illinois.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successful completion of CNA program and have a valid state certification.
• Covid-19 vaccination card and negative TB test (not older than 1 year) or chest x-ray results (not older than 5 years).
• Minimum one (1) year of documented health care experience (preferred).
• Licensed driver with the insured and reliable automobile (preferred).
