Optimal Behavioral Health LLC is currently seeking a Clinical Site Supervisor to supervise its Outpatient Program in Cape May County. Valid NJ LCADC/LCSW license required. This position is directly responsible for the clinical oversight of the agency, to include planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment services provided.

Salary is competitive and negotiable.

Responsibilities Include: Supervise substance abuse/mental health services, staff, including on-going instruction in agency policy and procedures, training, clinical practices and laws and regulations. Assist in development and revision of agency policies and procedures. Responsible for the clinical operation and supervision of an assigned site, and/or group of therapists.

The Clinical Supervisor collaborates with the Executive Director and Practice Administrator for efficient and effective site operation and coordination of services.

Job Requirements: At least five years of supervisory experience. MUST BE FULLY LICENSED IN NJ.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
