Job description
SUMMIT Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of clinical director to oversee personal care and private duty nursing services. The clinical director will supervise an interdisciplinary clinical team, including RNs, LPNs, and HHAs. The clinical director is a vital member of the management team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees patient care services and provided
- Create, review or revise plans of care
- Monitor clinical documentation and audit patient files
- Participate in staff meetings
- Participate in Quality Improvement activities
- Supervise field staff
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 3 or more years of experience as an RN
- Experience working with Trach/ Vents/ GTubes
- Experience working in PDN home care
- Experience working with pediatrics is highly preferred
- Supervisory experience
Salary:
- $70,000- $95,000 Commensurate with experience
