Beautiful Minds, is seeking dedicated and motivated Clinical Associates to join our growing field clinical team!

As a Clinical Associate for our IIC or IIH program, you would provide therapeutic services to youth, adolescents, and families in their home who have been diagnosed with mental health disorder. As a Clinical Associate, you would complete and review clinical documentation while also assisting in recruiting, interviewing, and providing support to other field team members.

Responsibilities and Duties: Provide clinical services per month. (Telehealth or In Person) Assess clients to define presenting problems, determine diagnoses, and develop treatment plans. Provide guidance and support to service providers. Promote Beautiful Minds’ philosophy, principles, and procedures. Participate in development opportunities and continuing education for professional growth.

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Experience with in-home services Licensure as LAC or LSW or MFT Experience in a community health care environment, counseling agency, or other related field preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using computers and related technology Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance policy. Ability to use his/her own vehicle. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
