Position Summary: L2 Wealth Management has multiple Client Service Administrators who specialize in various roles but are cross-trained support the firm based on varying workloads. The Client Service

Administrator – Investment Focused position specializes in investment client service and investment new business processing. This position also aids in insurance client service and general business needs of the firm. Success in this role will require an individual who is highly detailed, organized, and process driven in a fast-paced environment. This includes coordinating with advisors, specialists, other team members, the home office, and outside vendors to service client needs and to provide an exceptional client experience. Client Service Administrators typically work directly with clients to fulfill requests, but also act as a liaison between advisors, clients, and the home office to fulfill various job duties. As part of

L2 Wealth Management’s support team, this individual is working to keep advisors focused on client relationships and sales. This position reports directly to the Investment Manager and Operations

Manager. Specific job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Servicing Clients, Accounts & Policies: Our Client Service Administrators (CSAs) are the go-to team members for all things related to servicing client needs. Tasks will come from client call- ins or emails, operations managers, and wealth management advisors. CSAs organize and coordinate the completion of both service-related and new-business tasks and track all work via

CRM software. Most investment and insurance service tasks will be tracked and handled directly by a CSA, but there will be times when this position will delegate tasks (i.e. to an

Operations Manager or Financial Advisor) for various reasons. Success in this position will

require excellent and proactive communication and follow-up on all tasks. Tasks will include but are not limited to: o Monitoring various systems to track task progress o Problem solving with clients to determine best course of action based on whatever the client needs o Updating CRM records and activities (notes, phone calls, tasks, opportunities, etc.) based on standard operating procedures o Actively communicate with anyone on the L2 Wealth Management Team that you believe should be

  • Operations Support from Sales through Case Completion: The goal for all team members is to help advisors be more efficient and effective in their roles. Client Service Administrators are the liaison between advisor and client from the tail end of the sales process until policies are paid for and delivered or until investment accounts are funded. Essentially, until client cases are closed. Tasks might include: o Interpreting and creating tasks from advisor notes and pro-actively completing tasks o Working directly with clients, advisors, and home office to collect information, signatures, or other materials necessary to get accounts opened and funded & policies into and out of underwriting / PDA’s signed and policies delivered. o Prepare proposals, illustrations, input data, and gather information at direction of operations managers or advisors (i.e. for preparation of a meeting or to get accounts opened or policies into underwriting).
  • Be an Overall Team Player: We are a small business. As such, every member of our team must be willing to help out ‘as-needed’ in various situations and must be flexible in their day-to-day duties. Helpful things to keep in mind: o Technology will be heavily leveraged to gather information, track client needs, and communicate with the team. This position requires a “tech-savvy” individual who is a quick adopter of new software and processes. o This individual will work within standard operating procedures to ensure quality, efficiency, and excellent collaboration with other team members. o Our team operates with the values of family, integrity, respect, and excellence.

Position Requirements:

  • Obtain Washington State Life & Health Insurance Licenses within first 6 months
  • 1+ years financial service experience preferred
  • Additional licenses and designations highly encouraged (esp. earning securities registrations)
  • Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, typing, internet use, etc. is a must
  • Adaptable to changing technologies
  • Personally-owned and paid for smart phone available for business use (calls, work-related applications, email, etc.)
  • Ability to work in-office during standard work hours (roughly 8am – 4pm) Average 40-hours, 5 days / week
  • This position can either work from Kennewick or Spokane Valley Office
