For this role, you should have at least 5-7 years of site development project design experience on both residential and commercial projects. Possessing a Pennsylvania or West Virginia P.E. license or having the ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity is a plus. You will need to have strong capabilities relating to stormwater management as well as experience with site layout, grading, erosion control, regulated waters, and local approvals. Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred. In this position, you will be part of a project team working on a diverse set of projects, including land development, utility transmission and distribution, or stormwater management projects.

Essential Functions:

• Develop stormwater designs and calculations for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Prepare permit applications
• Prepare and submit proposals to potential clients
• Develop designs for submittal to clients and governing authorities for review
• Provide design oversight and QA/QC for assigned projects
• Demonstrate effective time management, keeping budgets and project deadlines in perspective
• Build relationships with current and potential clients seeking to find their areas of greatest need
