We are a growing Oyster Bar based in New Haven County. We are looking for motivated Chef with a creative edge.
Here at Moby's, we create gourmet quality dishes with locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Our job is to push the envelope with flavor combinations, and creative presentations. This isn't your normal oyster bar.
