Koniag Professional Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for an experienced
Change Management Specialist with experience in Appian to support our government customer. This
is a remote opportunity with occasional travel to Mechanicsburg, PA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Apply a change management process and tools to create a go-live business approach, and a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by ePS-SUP.
- Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics.
- Create and maintain the communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, and resistance management plan.
- Ensure that ePS-SUP program objectives are realized on time, by ensuring employee adoption and usage of the application.
- Support managing and communicating changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Experience applying structured methodology and lead change management activities.
- Experience with change management process and tools to create a go-live business approach, and a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by ePS-SUP.
- Experience in supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Experience conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
- Knowledge in Identify, analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics.
- Experience with creating and maintaining the communications plan, sponsor roadmap, training plan, and resistance management plan.
- Strong understanding of Agile Development Methodologies
- Strong understanding Public Sector/Federal Government contracting, preferably experience working with Government contracts and within their respective contracting writing systems.
- Experience producing client-facing deliverables and presentations and participating in client meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Must be fully fluent in MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Candidates must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain an Active Secret Level Clearance, per Government requirements.

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
