Outstanding opportunity for Board Eligible / Board Certified Midwife to join CaroMont Women’s Health consisting of ten (10) Physicians and six (6) Nurse Midwives. CaroMont Women’s Health consists of 3 locations. Two locations in Gastonia, NC and the third in Belmont, NC. Each location is just minutes from Charlotte, one of the fastest growing cities in the country.

CaroMont Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is a progressive and comprehensive 435-bed hospital and only independent, not-for-profit healthcare system in the region. We are especially proud of our state-of-the-art Birthplace at CRMC housing 52 LDRPs and 16 private room Level III NICUs, making our facility one of the largest of its kind in the country. Nearly 400 physicians and Advanced Care Practitioners representing nearly all medical subspecialties – including a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist, Neonatologists and Pediatric Hospitalists – are on the active medical staff.

Responsibilities include gynecologic patient care as well as antenatal (including high risk), intrapartum and postpartum care. Nurse Midwives also serve as First Assist on C-section deliveries. Call responsibilities will be for three (3) weekdays and two (2) week-end days per month.
