We are hiring at Smoke City / Smoke Shop in North Highlands, CA!
We are looking for a cashier/sales associate that is knowledgeable in the glass & vape industry, but we are also willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
- Increasing in store sales.
- Superior product knowledge by staying up to date with the newest products.
- Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Requirements:
- Retail sales experience preferred
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Due to California state laws you have to be 21 or older to sell tobacco or vape products.
