As a team member, your job responsibilities would include: engaging with our customers and their children to create a fun, memorable experience; assisting guests with gem mining activities, offering guidance to guests exploring the gift shop; restocking the gift shop; warehouse work and other organizational tasks; and cleaning and sweeping throughout the day.

Applicants must be able to provide exceptional customer service, enjoy a fast-paced and varied environment, adapt well to change, interact comfortably with guests and children, stand on their feet for long hours, bend, lift, and maneuver 30 to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the day, and have an eagerness to learn about gems, minerals, crystals, fossils and all things prehistoric!

The positions available will be paid hourly, with a rate that reflects your level of experience and the duties of the position offered. As we grow, there are many opportunities for growth within our company.
