M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

***$3000.00 Sign On Bonus***

Experience in Outlook, Word and Excel a must.

Follow all company policies and procedures

For new customers, set up customer profile sheet based on SOP or direction from sales

Process orders including production job jackets and schedule cards

For new items, compare order info with PDF and reconcile any differences

Process revisions to orders

Process and file error corrections

Schedule shipments

Review production schedules daily to ensure ship dates are met

Print pallet labels with release number and item for specified customers

Complete Exceptional Freight Charges form as needed

Match freight invoices with Bill of Lading's for payment approval

Review invoices and e-mail or mail to customers and salesperson

Process status reports based on customer requirements

Answer customer / sales inquiries in timely manner

Reconcile open orders with status reports

Send aged inventory reports to salesperson twice monthly

Process customer returns and credits

Reconcile outside warehouse inventories

File order copies, job jackets and pick tickets

Keep work area clean

Complete all required computer work

Complete all required paperwork
Understand and practice GMP guidelines'
