The Classic Clean Auto Wash (in Mentor & Madison, Ohio) is seeking to add a Part-time Customer Service Representative who are available to work Monday thru Friday from 3:00pm till 8:00pm, at the our location in Madison, Ohio. We are seeking candidates who possess a genuine customer-service attitude to work with us in serving the retail public - as we have for over 40 years in our other businesses. The job responsibilities will include:

• Always being ready to assist customers.
• Providing customers with information and benefits.
• Guiding cars onto the conveyor belt with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Performing visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to entering the tunnel.
• Being proficient with all policies and procedures and able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
• Keeping the entire property spotlessly clean and ensuring everything is kept in the proper place and organized.
• Keeping vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied.
• Power washing the interior walls and machines.
• Being polite and available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner.
• Working safely and reporting safety or maintenance issues to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Customer service orientated personality.
• Must be able to stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Work in ALL weather conditions.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• A friendly and energetic personality.
