We have the job for you! El Paso Dentistry 4 Kids is offering an excellent entry-level opportunity to join our call center team in El Paso Texas. This call center position will primarily be responsible for supporting local dental offices in the states the company operates in.

JOB TYPE: Full-time work from home position

ALLOWANCE: We offer an internet allowance of up to $60/month for work expenses

LANGUAGE: Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)

EXPERIENCE: 1+ years customer service preferred

SCHEDULE: Day shifts - No nights or weekends required at this time

PAY: $10 / hourly

BONUS PAY: Opportunities to earn up to $300 a month in addition to your hourly pay!

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Use bilingual language skills to assist patients
• Assist our pediatric and/or orthodontic dental offices
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Appointment scheduling
• Appointment confirmation
• Verify insurance eligibility
• Register new patients
• Maintain and update patient information in the data system in compliance with privacy and security regulations
• Give top-quality patient care!
