Job responsibilities: Manage Call Center, create efficiencies and increase and maintain employee morale.
A competitive candidate will have a positive attitude and have experience motivating teams to not only meet, but exceed targeted performance goals. The Call Center Manager will provide real-time coaching to agents, while helping them to grow professionally each day. This position will report directly to the Practice Manager, while working with Department Managers and Supervisors to properly communicate goals and status updates.

You will play a critical role in driving team performance and results. This is a highly collaborative role and success is dependent on the ability to communicate effectively with not only management and patients but also to strike a balance between creating a cohesive team and also encouraging individual agents to achieve individual success!

  • Respond to incoming phones calls for all sites promptly and in an exceptional quality manner.
  • Triage clinical calls, ensuring all appropriate questions asked and documented, recommending appropriate course of action.
  • Uncover true need of patient through branching questions.
  • Appropriately schedule patient appointments based on physician guidelines, patient symptoms and appointment availability.
  • Clearly and concisely document every patient request and pertinent information via EMR so that practice can successfully respond to patient needs.
  • Through appropriate call control, ensure that calls are handled efficiently to attain daily call production goals.
  • Coordinate work efforts with other team members to achieve an efficient work flow and time adherence within the office.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of 25+ site protocols and 50+ physician schedules/changes to ensure appropriate information is provided to patients.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned by manager.
  • Train new employees
  • Implement policy and procedures passed down by management
  • Oversee day to day activity for 30+ employees
  • Review time cards for employees
  • Create statistical reports for management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,300.89 per year

  • Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Call center management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Call center: 3 years (Preferred)
