American Heritage Lending, LLC located in Irvine CA is looking for a Call Center Manager. Established in 2008, the company was founded to be a company set apart from an already impacted market. Position Overview: We are looking for a talented, dynamic, enthusiastic leader to support our sales team. As a Call Center Manager, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers, build a strong team, lead by example, and set attainable goals!

- Manage and oversee the daily operation of the call center team
- Hire, direct, coach, mentor, and develop first level Junior Loan Officers
- Produce, present, and analyze metrics to report on performance as well as areas of opportunity
- Manage and balance between quality and efficiency to meet and exceed goals
- Drive a culture of process improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Call Center Manager required
- 5+ Demonstrated experience in or knowledge of the Mortgage industry standards and practices required
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
- Demonstrated experience using available information to make sound business decisions
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
- Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products and Encompass360 preferred
