Position Overview: We are looking for a talented, dynamic, enthusiastic leader to support our sales team. As a Call Center Manager, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers, build a strong team, lead by example, and set attainable goals! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily operation of the call center team
• Hire, direct, coach, mentor, and develop first level Junior Loan Officers
• Produce, present, and analyze metrics to report on performance as well as areas of opportunity
• Manage and balance between quality and efficiency to meet and exceed goals
• Drive a culture of process improvement

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Call Center Manager required
• 5+ Demonstrated experience in or knowledge of the Mortgage industry standards and practices required
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and interpreting data
• Demonstrated experience using available information to make sound business decisions
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
• Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
• Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products and Encompass360 preferred
