Job description
Essential Duties:
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so
- General cleaning duties - restrooms, games area, dining area, kitchen
- Compliance with our company dress code.
- Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, gift cards
- Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with our guest service philosophy
- Checking on guests, bussing tables, cleaning self-serve areas
- Preparing drinks, shakes and sundaes
- Exceptional guest service skills.
- Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws
- Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
