We are seeking and experienced Business Office Manager to join our long term care facillty. The ideal candiate will have a proven track record of success in managing the financial aspect of a healthcare facility, including Medicaid billing, Medicaid Redeterminations, and inputting of census information into billing and clinical software.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with residents/families to discuss their financial obligations

• Assisting with gathering of documentation for Medicaid applicants

• Management of Medicaid Redeterminations

• Inputting of census information into billing and clinical software •

Verification of all payer information

• Collection of private and income monies owed to the facility

• Assisting with the insurance authorization process

• Management of PNA Funds • Process Accounts Receivable deposits

• Ensuring all admission agreements are signed

• Facility liaison with Cedarbridge AR and AP Departments

• Supervision and scheduling of Front Desk staff

• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

• Strong clinical assessment skills

• Basic computer skills such as email, simple spreadsheets, and data entry

• Demonstrates basic clinical assessment skills to meet the job requirements

• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
