As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire a dynamic and motivated Budget Analyst who will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the company’s customer set up and budget changes. Responsibilities:
Approve and reflect personnel action requests forms working closely with the Operations team to confirm changes are in accordance with the budget.- Assist operations with payroll, billing, personnel changes, requested time off, and call-in system issues.
- Ensure completeness of timesheet entry from operations
- Process and distribute monthly active and inactive employee lists.
- Assist with payroll and RC Hub training, as needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and RC Hub, issues, or concerns.
- Image new Red Coats contracts
- Work with operations to review and submit work orders.
2+ years of demonstrated experience with either budget formulation or budget execution activities.- Minimum of 2 years’ experience on operating systems
- Demonstrated creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in financial, administrative, and program management.
- Experience in tracking technical and financial milestones
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Expert at attention to detail with strong analytical and organization
