Compensation Details:
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$175,000 plus a bonus
Brand Director
We are currently looking for a Brand Director to be responsible development and leadership of multi-functional marketing strategies for our ServiceMaster Clean brand. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to translate functional and Company direction into actionable, initiative-based strategies and lead cross-functional teams to achieve the strategic vision of the marketing team while aligning strongly with the Company direction.
To be successful, you'll want to be a problem solver who brings exceptional creative and analytical skills to develop best-in-class products and customer experiences. You'll utilize a strong understanding of the business and the Company to identify, highlight, and ultimately lead the execution of strategic initiatives providing the Company with a strong competitive advantage.
What you will do:
- Completely own the team's output and results through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
- Conduct rigorous market, competitor, and customer research to guide the design and optimization of marketing performance and prioritization of initiatives.
- Lead, plan, and track all facets of marketing, from inception through launch into the marketplace.
- Continuously and methodically test new ways of doing business to improve marketing performance and customer experiences.
- Lead and align across the Company's functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and operations to develop fully integrated marketing plans that drive results.
- Communicate clearly roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to leadership and the franchise network.
- Responsible for all aspects of the marketing budget including allocation, maintenance, and adjustment to maximize ROI.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or an analytically rigorous field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of marketing experience required
- Experience working in franchise marketing is highly preferred
- Strong written/verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Project and time management skills
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Ability to provide strategic leadership and direction
- Ability to interpret trends and patterns
- Ability to coach and train
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
