Job description

• carry out cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities
• greet and assist clients and visitors to the branch, providing concierge/reception service
• conduct trade processing and handle financial advisor corrections
• maintain the new account process for the branch
• Run client Cosima & Negative news searches for new accounts for Long Island branches
• create strong partnerships, cultivating relationships with assigned financial advisors and coordinating with the operations function
• maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
• Assist with general office projects as necessary
• Maintain and develop Operations/Reception best practices

• Responding to client and employee needs in a timely manner with service oriented behavior

• Being a flexible team player
• Using the Microsoft Office Suite with advanced computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
