Coastal1 Credit Union is seeking to hire a Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will have prior branch management including experience in teller and member service functions. This individual should be energetic and driven to succeed in a competitive marketplace.

Our Branch Manager's primary responsibility is to develop, manage and coach their team to meet and exceed goals, ensure the operational efficiency of the branch, and create an excellent member experience while adhering to guidelines and regulations.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years in teller and member services function
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory/management experience
