Our organization is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to help manage our accounting, record-keeping, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have prior experience with personal and business tax preparation and bookkeeping, as well as excellent computer skills. An ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks, have a passion for data analysis, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an accurate accounting log of financial transactions.
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all accounts and records.
- Must have knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Perform bookkeeping activities related to financial transactions, such as posting entries in the accounting system, preparing bank deposits, updating general ledgers, collecting receivables, etc.
- Perform other bookkeeping duties related to corporate accounting.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
