Work Hours: Monday - Friday Standard Working Hours
Location: Hybrid Remote Role

Preferably located near - Harrisonburg, VA or Crawfordsville, IN or Menasha , WI or Willard, OH.

As our Billing Coordinator 2, you will:
  • Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Accounting, Pricing, Tax, and Manufacturing to obtain information related to customer account and orders.
  • Coordinate with Shipping/Receiving, Accounting, and other Platforms to ensure Freight is invoiced accurately.
  • Recognize/identify the interdivision/subcontracting unit and provide/allocate applicable revenue to those divisions.
  • Review and test pricing scales in Book Billing System to produce an accurate invoice.
  • Apply applicable discounts, volume rebates, special rates, etc. to invoices.
  • Review/compare jobs specifications to Estimate, to Quote, to POs and verify accuracy and compute charges in order to invoice.
  • Prepare itemized statements, bills, or invoices used for Billing and Accounting purposes.
  • Prepare detailed invoices containing amount due, type of services performed, etc.
  • Utilize Accounting System to ascertain costs, work completed, or services provided, Audit, and reconcile accounts.
  • Problem-solve and communicate with internal & external customers to ensure accuracy of the invoice along with revenue accounting.
  • Assist teammates by answering questions about the billing process and unique billing scenarios.
  • Meet expectations outlined in operating procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directives.

Qualifications:
  • HS diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of work experience
  • 2+ years of billing and accounting principles experience, related to the duties of the job
  • Experience in administrative/operational support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge navigating multiple types of customers and needs of functions/areas of the business with competing priorities
  • Experience and comfort utilizing/navigating computers and software programs such as MS Office, Google documents, and Accounting/Billing Systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to explain departmental policy, methods, and/or procedures
