Bilingual Warehouse Trainer

Attention Raleigh, Durham NC.

We're hiring a Bilingual Wareouse Trainer (English/Spanish).

Night shift (7:00 pm to 7:00 am) Rotative Shift (Follow a Calendar).

We are looking for an excellent Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge, rewarding, autonomous, with the objective of creating a positive work environment while providing ongoing training and development. You will provide complete training to share your experience in ways that motivate others.

Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of our staff.

Job Duties

• Responsible for training New and Existing Employees the specific job functions of the Operations Department.

• Provide support and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying sections where improvements are needed

• Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions.

• Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees.

• Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modification if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.11 per hour
