MCM, a leading mortgage lender, is currently seeking a Bilingual Mortgage Loan Assistant to provide support to a top producing loan officer at our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to mortgage lending. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist a top producing loan officer with various tasks related to mortgage lending, including processing loan applications, coordinating loan closings, and preparing loan documents.
• Communicate with clients and vendors in both Spanish and English.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that all inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions and client interactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.
• At least 1 year of experience in mortgage lending or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience working with a CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Encompass.

This position is full commission.
