Commercial Janitorial Company with a solid presence, from schools and commercial buildings to hospitals, restaurants, data centers, and manufacturing plants for expansion is hiring Account manager assistance.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and skills
  • Experienced in preparing and administering operating budgets
  • Working knowledge of general building maintenance
  • Demonstrated expertise in verbal and written communications
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office including word, excel, outlook and powerpoint
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish

Responsabilities

  • Staff management
  • Scheduling
  • Actively participates in recruiting process with recruiters and leadership staff
  • Holds regular feedback conversations with staff to discuss performance and development goals
  • Able to perform the duties of supervised staff
  • Completes regular quality inspections of assigned accounts and acts appropriately based on results of the quality inspections
  • Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention
  • Ensures optimal customer relations by maintaining constant communications with customer
  • Identify, hunt and close net new business opportunities at existing customers
  • Handles administrative duties of assigned accounts to include, but not limited to: timekeeping, documentation of employee performance and safety collections , and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies
  • Visiting and supervising locations during staff work hours or management work hours
  • Establishes and maintains excellent customer relations through daily contact and customer visits in assigned territory, taking all actions necessary to ensure completion and quality of required scope of work
  • Understand budget and labor costs of assigned accounts
  • Ability to be able to work nights or days depending on project needs Hours vary and typically occur outside of normal business hours
  • Oversees activity of janitorial and light maintenance at individual locations
  • Develops and/or approves facility quality standards
  • Monitors service contracts to ensure compliance, addresses and resolves contract disputes
  • Manages purchasing program; approves major purchases; audits purchasing delegated to subordinates
  • Monitors staff hours and schedule compliance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
