Job description

Required:

-8am-3pm Monday-Friday (7 hours per day)

-MSW (or MA in psychology, gerontology or counseling)

-Should reside close to Koreatown, Los Angeles

-Should be fully vaccinated of COVID-19

-Bilingual Korean/English speaking

-No license required, no Experience necessary

Responsibilities

• Conducts various assessments, care plan development and advocacy for each participant and researches/coordinates community referrals.
• Creates daily flow sheets and monitors the participant mood/behaviors
• Monitors and completes assessments and recordings on a timely basis.
• Participates/leads in coordination of social/health services.
• Participates in team meetings and provides consultation to therapists, families and participants.
• Assists with the Program Director’s day-to-day management of the ADHC
• Assists with supervision of staff, audit preparations and reporting
• Conducts mental health or cognitive assessments/screenings
• Other duties as assigned.
