Pay range: $20-$24/hour

Schedule: Rotating day/evening/weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the development and operation of the care plan for assigned patients
• Supervising assigned children in daily routines and assisting with activities of daily living
• Demonstrating appropriate critical incident follow-up skills and completing medical record documentation
• Participating in diagnostic conferences, treatment team and rounds and documenting significant patient/family observations
• Identifies, reports, and actively resolves potential/actual problems on the unit
• Coordinating and supervising children’s activities such as physical and social development activities
• Intervenes in disruptive milieu or destructive to self/other patient situations providing timely therapeutic intervention(s)
• Performs other related duties as required, assigned, or directed by program managers

Requirements:

• BS degree in a Human Service field preferred, other education and experience will be considered
• Six months to one year of direct childcare work with emotionally impaired youth
