Work Schedule :
100% FTE, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position is located at 2402 Winnebago St.

Working as an independent health care provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to pediatric patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team.
We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (Pediatrics) to:
- Collaborate with other medical professionals in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide brief evidence-based interventions.
- Provide short, but intense follow-up.
- Connect pediatric patients and their families to resources.
- Use outcome-based models to track patient improvement.

Education :
Minimum – Master’s Degree in social work, psychology or counseling
Preferred – Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or related field.
Work Experience :
Minimum – Two (2) years of experience in a health care environment in a patient/client contact role.
Preferred – One (1) year of post doc experience in the area of Behavioral Health
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum –
- Relevant license and/or certification or license/certification eligible as a Mental Health provider as required in the State of Wisconsin (i.e., Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor – LPC, Licensed Clinical Social Worker – LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – LMFT)
- BLS/CPR
Preferred – Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
