Responsibilities:
- Participate in and respect the bar's culture.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar space.
- Mentor other bartenders in the establishment.
- Serve food to customers at the bar.
- Greet customers, and provide them with a positive experience.
- Serve beverages to customers according to their order.
- Create special drink and food menus for customers.
- Stick to legal service hours and drink limits.
- Keep detailed records of the cost of goods, total sales, and inventory levels.
- Create nightly specials, using special ingredients such as seasonal fruit and herbs.
