Charley's Restaurant inside the Courtyard by Marriott in Tukwila is looking for a barista/server.

The ideal candidate will have barista experience, and be willing to work as a server in the restaurant, and possibly some banquet shifts as well. The more you are willing to do, the more hours you could potentially get. PM cocktailing is also available once the patio opens.

Benefits:

Starting Pay: $15.74 per hour + Tips. Tukwila minimum wage will increase to 18.99 in July.

Full Time Associates (30+ hours), qualify for benefits (Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO)

Shifts Available:

Hiring for AM Shift 5am-10am, 6-10am start on weekends.

Job Duties:

• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Provides the highest quality service and establishes appropriate rapport with all guests.
• Adheres to all health regulations and local liquor laws.
• Follows all CSM cash handling/POS procedures.
• Completes all required side work including but not limited to: cleaning restaurant, coffee stations, trays and coolers; vacuuming, trash removal, and stocking of supplies.
• Follows CSM procedures when handling cash and processing financial transactions.
• Responsible for proper use of all equipment and adheres to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste.
• Dispenses/delivers food and beverages and maintains a clean and safe work area in accordance with CSM, local, state, and federal regulations.
• Adheres to CSM attendance policy, grooming/appearance standards, general work rules and department procedures.
