The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Perform job duties of a busser, runner, server, bartender, or the event set-up crew.
- Remove dirty dishes, utensils, and empty glasses from guest tables between courses and after guests depart.
- Motion food from the kitchen to the event guests as quickly as possible.
- Serve food to event guests, and attends to guests' needs throughout the event.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to event guests responsibly.
- Assist in event setup duties.
Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible scheduled that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in catering event role is essential.
- A valid California driver's license is required.
- A valid California Food Handlers card is required.
Physical Requirements
- Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners.
- Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for set-up, service, and clean-up.
- Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may include walking up and downstairs.
