Job description
This position is a retail on-the-go work to assist customers by visiting their locations for the migration to new network. Will work on different types of scenarios including but not limited to SIM migration, device exchange, post-migration activities, etc.
High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience:
At least 1-3 years of related experience preferred.

- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Valid PR Driver's License • Highly flexible nature, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an extremely high level of organization.
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize various requests and coordinate effectively.
- Strong sense of integrity and accountability.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Contributes to the fulfillment of projects and organizational objectives of the B2B clients.
- Responsible for executing residential and/or business system upgrade activities within PR territory.
- Serves as a public relations representative and image builder to clients.
- Partner with sales leadership, sales teams, and system upgrade coordinator to strategically execute technology migrations to prepare accounts for the new program.
- Understand migrations issues and resolve them promptly.
- Adopt a strategy for the system upgrade process, by understanding the risks and impacts.
- Assist in any technical issues if there are any during migration.
- Perform the checklist of post-migration activities, including but not limited to validation of service, up and running status of the device etc.
- Effectively communicate with the customers in person to address their issues.
- Assist with placement of new SIM cards, eSIM or Device exchanges.
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Have knowledge sharing and collaboration skills.
- Perform liaison duties, including providing daily support and essential telecommunications activities to customers.
- Other functions may be assigned.
