Working from our Tampa Headquarters (Oldsmar area), we're looking for a video developer to join our Marketing Department and create, edit, and update content that reflects the culture and scope within Suzuki Marine’s internal departments. Your role will play a key part in content creation within each department to produce finalized product for the U.S. market and for Suzuki Motor Corporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shoot, edit, and provide high-quality and effective video productions as assigned.
• Setup and produce video shoots that maintain a creative atmosphere conducive to expectations of Suzuki Marine for instructional/informative/marketing standards.
• Create and distribute on-demand video assets for the dealer and boat builder network.
• Export quality, engaging clips for distribution in social media created in house or from dealer/boat builder videos.
• Provide pre-production planning, and digital image acquisition and editing.
• Maintain the video production equipment ensuring that all systems are clean and in good repair at all times.
• Maintain all video production inventory including the video/ photo department file library in a way that makes footage and assets easy to find and use.
• Operate misc. video, audio and lighting equipment as assigned for various events both on and off property as needed.
• Maintains an avid awareness of emerging technologies, and quickly acclimates to new techniques and equipment.
• Must be able to work with cross-platform delivery across multiple video formats and resolutions
• Must be able to work with professionals within the Suzuki organization, outside vendors, sponsored anglers, press, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Photography, Video Arts or relevant field
• Intermediate video editing skills: importing / exporting clips, timeline, aligning audio and video, file distribution.
• Advanced videography skills: camera functions, lighting a subject, capturing field audio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro CC, After Effects CC, Illustrator and Photoshop CC).
• Participates in a network of like-minded professionals in the field of video production for the purpose of growth and development.
• Efficient time manager & ability to work under tight timelines.
• Must be a creative problem-solver.
• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work collaboratively with peers in cross functional areas; work cooperatively with management
• Ability to communicate effectively; verbal and written; strong presentation skills
• Ability to work extended hours; may include travel at times which can include evenings and/or weekends
• Able to list a minimum of 50 pounds
