We do good work. We do tons of gravy maintenance. We always operate at the forefront of technology, we are hybrid experts, we work on plenty of Teslas, and we are able to work dealer level if Autel, Launch, or Snap-On can't do it. Flash programming and ADAS Calibration. Oh yeah, we have a whole separate building where we do alignments and ADAS Calibration.
As far as compensation, our technicians receive top pay. Effectively flat rate, we guarantee X amount of hours every week at your rate..level B technicians are in the $35 per hour range, we have techs that turn thirty and we have techs that turn sixty. Pay grades range from $35 to $50..let's talk
