We are looking for an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Manager to build and lead a team of vehicle reconditioning department employees in our Bellflower or Montclair locations.

The Recon Manager is responsible for quality control and ensuring efficient, cost-effective output of the reconditioning team. The perfect candidate for this position will have at least 2-3 years of experience directly managing an automotive reconditioning department. The candidate must have a demonstrated track record of establishing vehicle reconditioning processes and protocols with a sense of quality while controlling costs. The candidate must be a strong team builder with the ability to manage, motivate, and lead their team with high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $100-150k depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years vehicle recon department management
• Minimum 5 years working in the vehicle sales/service industry.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
