Gabe's Collision is looking for Automotive Estimators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Make every effort to satisfy the customer's needs in regard to their automotive repair.
• Must be able to multitask and be detail-oriented.
• Estimating skills with CCC ONE
• Must be able to keep accurate and up-to-date repair order files.
• Must be able to prepare accurate and complete estimates to minimize supplements.
• Work with insurance companies to manage claims for customers.
• Review completed vehicles and check for quality and thoroughness.
• Must possess good decision-making abilities and sound judgment.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in automotive estimating.
• I-CAR Certifications are preferred.
• Reliable attendance is required.
• Clean driver's license.
• NYS adjustors license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
