SUMMARY

Mills Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive BDC/Internet Sales Manager to join our growing sales department. You’ll work closely with upper management as well as the Sales Consultants to ensure the business needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build, train, and direct our growing business development department
  • Create, maintain, and measure the internet and business development processes
  • Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives in a call center environment
  • Daily driver of business needs with focus on recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring team members
  • Provide training and support to the internet sales staff and assist in closing deals
  • Manage all aspects of the department including handling internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention
  • Make and confirm appointments by being efficient with customers via phone and email
  • Effectively utilize CRM and lead management tools
  • Generate all relevant reporting in a timely fashion
  • Ensure BDC department goals are achieved in terms of appointments set and shown for internet and inbound phone leads

REQUIREMENTS:

  • BDC Management or Internet Sales Manager Experience Required
  • Prior Automotive Sales Managerial Experience preferred
  • Knowledgeable about Automotive sales process, business philosophy, and products
  • Excellent communication and customer service skill
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
  • Professional and Superior leadership skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
